For my part, I got to play with the former, and the game was great once everyone was on the same page. Some people will have the patience for this, while others won't at all. But the learning curve is very steep for a party game, and it takes playing a whole game before the rules actually click for people. Weapons Drawn: This one is a bit of a doozy. The competitive team dynamic works exceptionally well, and I hope Jackbox returns to it in the future. ![]() The Poll Mine: Easily the clear favorite among the people I played with. Best to play this with people who don't mind contributing a lot of writing. Sometimes you get great material to work with, and other times you really, really don't. Job Job: A bit hit and miss, but mostly hit. It's probably best to play with at least six. With a low player count, the wheel section definitely suffers. The Wheel: I can't really review this one, as I only was able to play this one with three players (all the others had five). If not, though, it's not going to change your mind. If you like already like Drawful, this is a decent way to shake things up. Especially poll mines questions, very solid choices.ĭrawful Animate: Pretty much exactly what it says on the tin. They all felt fun to answer and none were awkward. One improvement I notice with all of them, was that the prompts they give we're REALLY good. Overall, I fear it has little replayability. It's cool in a large group and the art is amazing! The game play is a little slow and less intriguing then the others though. Play at least two rounds before giving your opinion. The deduction of each person's drawings is super cool but knowing why or who you're guessing gets confusing. Great game but thoroughly read the rules before playing. It gives people the words to write answers, so your less creative friends can still come up funny responses. My friends and I were howling at how funny the responses were.
